BIKE SETUP: The Old KHE Equilibrium Pro, and its Orange. Front brakes only, 32-14t setup, pretty much stocko, a few weight saving upgrades, and Stu gave me a stem so I'm using that.

WHEN IM CHILLIN I LISTEN TO: Hip Hop yo, nothing better.. Some classics, Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, oh and anything by Mark Ronson..

WHEN IM GETTING PSYCHED I LISTEN TO: Busta Rhymes, Talib, Mostly east coast Hip Hop gets me going.

BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT IN RIDING: Being able to still do it after 20+ years, that and not being dead of in coma, which have came close too many times.
